Acceptance
By registering, attending classes, or completing payment, the student (and/or guardian) agrees to these Terms.
Enrollment and Payment
• Course fees must be paid in full or according to the approved payment plan.
• Any outstanding balance must be paid before continuing to the next Window or receiving certificates.
• W2W may pause attendance or services until payment is completed.
Attendance and Progress
• Attendance is the student’s responsibility.
• Missed classes are not refundable and are not guaranteed to be made up.
• Learning outcomes depend on attendance, effort, and practice. W2W does not guarantee specific results.
Scheduling and Changes
W2W may adjust schedules, teachers, classrooms, or delivery method when needed for operations. W2W will aim to notify students in advance.
Student Conduct
Students must respect staff, teachers, and classmates. Disruptive behavior, harassment, cheating, or property damage may lead to removal from class without refund.
Refund Policy (Withdrawal)
Refunds are prorated for unused days starting from the date of written(WhatsApp) withdrawal request.
Certificates and Level Completion
Certificates and course completion require:
• Full payment settlement
• Meeting course requirements (if applicable)
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Refund Formula:
Refund = Amount paid − (Daily tuition × Days attended)
Refund Rules:
• No refund after the course ends.
• A non-refundable fee of SAR 150 will be deducted from all refunds to cover Tabby/Tamara and administrative fees.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
By completing this payment, the student confirms acceptance of the above terms.
